[Zesje-discuss] exam list

Hi Simon,

I checked what is happening and found the following:
* For some reason there were four copies that were validated but not
assigned to a student; these have copy numbers 221, 20, 224, 7
* The old interface does not allow to navigate to a specific copy
number within an exam, so we have upgraded your zesje to include the
new dashboard for verifying students
* using that interface we fixed the problematic submissions
* I created an issue for us to figure out what has happened
